ONLY RECOURSE IS BBB/ATTNGEN/FTC/LAWYER CLASSACTION LAWSUITNOW!!! this company RIPPED ME OFF also. I have NOT received my webstie and it seems that BBB, Attrney general UTAH, do NOT help the victims. I still yet have to hear back from these institutions ..still w WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT HIT WEB DESIGN AKA HERITAGE WEB TECHNOLOGIES RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF ANY UPDATES AND ADVICE AS TO WHAT CAN BE DONE??? I am and also was a victim to the fraud and the sleezy way this company operates.  I am still waiting for them to return my money back and give me rights to my business name that I selected.  In short, these thieves prey on anyone that will buy their pitch.  I have contacted the BBB, Attorney General in Utah, and nothing has been resolved and they continue to defraud and lie and steal.  How is it that they can get away with this here in America?  I do not understand why something has not been done yet to STOP them and put them out of business.  By the way Rip off Report has other reports under 'Heritage Web design" from other victims that have had the same experience.  I beg Rip off Report to consolidate any business names that they hide behind and put it all in one page.  Anyone and everyone who these wolves have comitted fraud on I beg you to continue to 'EXPOSE' them to every site that allows consumer to.  Back in June of 2009 they contacted me took my money, ignored my calls, everyone of them sound the same with the same excuses and the same lies over and over.  They overpromised just to get my money and never delivered.  They  held my site hostage and never cared to make things right.  Till this date they have not fully returned my money and have kept the name of my business and my website.  I too am a single mother who fell victim to these thieves with their slick "TOS" and still no answer, no HELP from BBB, attorney general its disgusting!!   If anyone has any PULL out there to help us, the victims please HEEEEEEEEELP!!!!  I'll be checking and reading for any advice.
