Company only sells, and does perform or provide customer service. I clearly defined by ECommerce store requirements, timing, and support needs during the original call and I was told that all could be met and was given a cost. The company proved itself to not be competent in providing the services (delays in assigning a web designer, turnover in the assigned designer, and poor quality and slow service), and then assessed additional charges for program features that should have been included in the original package - example, State Sales Tax module was "extra" even though I purchased the "E Commerce" store package, in addition to a web site design.
This is a bogus, incompetent company and a consumer rippoff. DO NOT USE.
After trying to work with them for several months (I was way too patient) and they could not deliver, I requested a refund, which they refused.
