Called the phone number and it automatically says HMS Blue - if you're calling about a credit card charge call 800-435-8034.
The woman that answers says the only way she can help reverse the charge is through credit card number .. she can't help by name. They have my debit information, full name, address, and unlisted telephone number!!!!!
Supposedly I was sent a prepaid long distance phone card (junk mail) that I agreed to via an online purchase .. which I don't know anything about! I didn't agree to this, didn't receive a phone card, and have no further information ~ HELP!!
The woman on the phone said she would cancel the card, reverse the charge and it would never happen again . . . .
