I will begin with the fact that I'M VERY UPSET, and very disappointed/dissatisfy and disrespected by all this people representing this upper mentioned firm. Once more I encountered AGAIN other crocks. It all begin with damages on my 2008 Skeeter Bass Boat made by Mr. Andy, Mike Bayne's employee which took my boat for test to the Lake Havasu-AZ.
I found this damages today 10.30.2008 when Ive inspected my boat prior to delivery. Actually when I've arrived at this facility around 14:00 Hrs, Mr. Mike told me that the level of the Lake it is low, and they want it to wait until this water goes up in order to test my boat. I do not know what happened but when Mr.Andy got back at the facility with my boat they were looking to my boat and when I approached them I visualized some damages on my boat and my propeller. Those damages are as follow : the Humminbird Transducer Side Image which was located on the back of the boat was missing completely, and the mount/bracket which holds the transducer as well. It appear that they back into something, and then lost it on the Lake. It is completely ripped off from the cable, and the bracket broken in half. I want to mention that I bought this GPS-Fishfinder Humminber 797c2 SI Combo Chartplotter-with Side Imaging Sonar on the 08.30.2008 from 'Bass Pro Shop'' in Las Vegas-NV, and I've paid $ 1,077.49. The transducer was in very good working condition when I left the boat to Holiday RV & Marine Bullhead City back in 09.28.2008, and I have pictures and video tape recorded as a proof that this transducer was there, and got no damages at all, or missing.
So, as Mr. Mike Bayne agreed and signed for this damages it is very clear that this individual Andy, employee which is responsible for this negligence situation (and it's not the first time when happened such a damages caused AGAIN by this Andy, as I heard from Mr.Stan-Owner and Mr. Mike Bayne-Service Manager conversation) made me think that this place it is other sloppy Service-Boat Firm responsible for mishandling customers expenses property. Very sad because Mr.Stan-Owner insulted me (a*****e) without reason. NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER EITHER FROM THIS 3 PEOPLE REPRESENTING PUBLIC BUSINESS as follow : Mr.Stan; Mr.Mike; Mr.Tony. Customer Service was missing completely, and once more, even this guys have forgotten that I was the customer which I brought them some business in today's economy harsh time. They use intimidation and insults in order to make me drop the damages made by his employee, and try to convince me that it's nothing because they got similar situation where they end up in court. I told them that it OK with me if they will replace the chipped propeller with a brand new one instead of the one damaged by their employee, and give me other brand new transducer and brand new bracket back. I also told them that I will install my seft this items. They disagree completely with my request and threaten me with the police if I will not leave their facility..WOW.. After I was insulted and disrespected by other Yamaha Representative once more, and damage my property they use intimidation in order to get rid of me. They said that when I agree to test my boat on the Lake by them, I also have to admit that this accidents happen all the time, so they will take no responsibility if that will happen. I told them that when a customer leave a property for repairs then the customers expect to get back their goods in the same conditions, not damaged. And I assume as a customers that they have professional personnel which they know what they are doing, and how to handle such a expenses property I was very wrong Mr.John & Mr.Jeff, because that it is not possible at this Yamaha sloppy repairs shop/facility from Bullhead City. They also lie me regarding their hours of work on my boat saying that they fixed my gauges or instruments, but honestly those DO NOT work yet properly. There was no power what so ever on my boat because the panel do not turn on any instruments, so even the horn was not functioning any more. They could not turn on any power on my front panel. More exactly the button/switch where you turn on the power. They even forgot to close/screw-in the plastic cork on the back of the boat in order to avoid getting water inside the electrical compartment where the battery and charger stands. They were so confused that even after one month of having my boat in their possession, still repeatedly asked me if the boat have any battery switch. There was a lot of sand all over that place and I belive that this guys got no clue what so ever to take care of this repairs. I recall that 2 of his employee are attending Yamaha repair school right now, so what kind of knowledge this people got, because honestly I got the impression that they are beginners and going back and forth by not knowing what to look for.
I did refused them to refurbished or remanufactured the damaged propeller. I requested brand new propeller due to their mistake. Actually they told me to take my boat from their facility and leave. I insisted my self in signing some release form of my boat in order to put remarks and have them take responsibility of the damages. I made some photos which will proof all those allegations.
They refused any further assistance even with the transducer damage replacement. As all this recent damages and mistakes end it up with this type of mistratment and refusal I let you decided or judge what kind of people those are, based on this situation.
I hope that this complain will stop other customers to go over there and recieve similar tratement or damages at their property.. My experience was nothing than disrespect, insultes and rude behaviour.. Customer service was missing completely, and they did not cover this upper mentioned damages..
