12/28/2012 - Received quote for hardwood flooring supply and installation.
01/15/2013 - Received better quote and accepted.
01/29/2013 - Went to Home Depot to find out what was happening with delivery & install.
02/19/2013 - Again went to Home Depot asking what was happening.
02/25/2013 - Flooring & supplies finally delivered.
02/26/2013 - 2 installers came to home and after inspection of quoted job, said that an extra $366.00 was required before install could start. Phoned Home Depot asking why $366.00 over and above accepted quote. Home Depot stated that if I had read quote, I would have seen that there could be "overages" that I was responsible for. Paid $366.00 over phone.
 03/02/2013 - 2 installers came to finish installation BUT could not finish that day so committed  to return next Saturday (7 days later !!!!!)
03/09/2013 - INSTALLERS NO SHOW  Went to Home Depot to find out answers. "Expediter" not in so left message that I wanted answers.
03/11/2013 - Installer called leaving message as I not home at time of call.
03/12/2013 - Returned Installer's call but got answering machine stating "Not able to receive messages at this time". Trued again later. Got to leave message this time.
03/13/2013 - Left 2 more messages. Did get return call saying installer would be at home 03/14.
03/14/2013 - Installer did show up and after going over was not finished, said would finish SOME OF THE JOB, but was unable to finish all of it as he unable to do rounded corners !!! Before I had a chance to see what he had finished, he left home. Phoned his office and left another message stating that job was still not finished. Office would have him return. Installer did return but could not finish 1/2 of what was left undone. (not qualified).
03/14-15-18-19-20-21/2013 - Phoned leaving messages at installer office. No replies.
03/22/2013 - Went to Home Depot taking letter addressed to Store Manager, outlining problems to date. Met with Store Manager. He to look into and get back to me.
03/26/2013 - Person appointed by Home Depot Store Manager phoned. He will investigate and get back.
04/02/2013 - NOTHING FROM HOME DEPOT 7 DAYS LATER.

ALL THIS FOR $6,000.00 WORTH OF HARDWOOD FLOORS ?&^$&%#@@!%*)(&%#&*

Having 2nd problem with cabinet order. Described in another "RIPOFF" Report.
