HOMEQ SERVICING - BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY They are saying my morage wasn't paid this month , I have proof it was + unknow other fees with no description on bill/ SACRAMENTO California

I'm on disability and all my bills are paid on the 3rd of the month or no later than the 5th of each month . I have been charger a late fee for a year of $197.64 every month on top of my monthly morage payment. The company knows I dont receive my disibity check untill the third of the month but made my payment plan the 1st of the month causeing me to be charged $197.64 extra each month. My morage gets paid every month and this month I was sick so it didn't get paid untill the 6th day of Jan-2009 so they sent me a latter saying it wasn't paid . I have copys of the money orders made out to them . my secro was $320 a month now it's $380 a month. I am bairly getting by because of this company and how they do business. I have read a hundred + complaints about this company making people loose their homes.
