i am a home owner who has had his mortgage brought up by homeq. i had a return check even though my bank made good on the check they refuse to correct my payment history. i talked to nathan johnson and ms. fair, also talked to abaizi, all of whom said they would correct this but as of today no one has. but i did get a notice of intent to forclose for 1 month arrears according to them.

I have been with homeq for several years. i now have bad credit because i cant afford to pay anybody else. They have added a bunch of crap on to make my payments higher. All that everyone else is complaining about in here is also happening to me. What class actions are going on, because i would love to get in on it. When they tried to foreclose on me, they hung the notice on my screen on the porch. I thought that a sherif was suppose to deliver things like that. I paid them a bunch of money for a year to keep my home. What can we do????
