HOMESIDE LENDING AKA WASHINGTON MUTUAL ripoff, ruined credit, payments sent back, the business that doesnt give a dam JACKSONVILLE SAN ANTONIO Texas

In January of 2003 we recieved a forclosure letter followed by our Welcome letter three days later, we never heard of Homeside Lending our mortgage was with another company that we signed papers with, they sold our loan to Homeside Lending in September of 2002, who did not notify us so we kept sending our payments to the original mortgage company.

It has been hell from day one, shortly after we received the forclosure letter and welcome letter, we started getting coupon book for these outrages payments... they had forced placed insuance with notiying us(illegal)then when my insurance company tried to contact them for proof of insurance, Homeside wouldn't accept any information and was very rude to my agent.

Homeside kept sending a crazy lady to our tenants house, this crazy lady gave out personal and false information about us to our tenants,and them proceeded to go through the mail box. Now I show 90 days late on my credit report because they screwed up and now I'm paying for it.
that was sent certified mail.

I have recently been able to bring the account current by sending my payments certified,an extra expense to me..because Homeside kept sending back my payments..
