For $2500 and $19/mo hosting fee I was provided with a 'customized' website on my own Domain CentralKansasGPS.com with search listings and internet traffic guaranteed "Hits" and a back Office to track Web site Traffic. I was told that the marketing, followup and sales was included that I did not do anything. Also I was mailed a Business in a Box containing complete postcards, and brochures. After I received the products, I discovered that there was no mention of any information that would classify the products as customized (aside from the domain name for the website). Also there was an additional $4000 Marketing Package that did Mailing & followup for me with additional search listings and additional internet traffic with guaranteed "Hits" also added to the Back Office to track Web site Traffic. I was told that the marketing, followup and sales was included that I did not do anything additional. When I called to get a refund (within the 30 day period), the associate told me that I sholud give the system time to market and give the customers time to purchase. They Never made one sale at all in the last 4 Years 09/2005-05/2009
