I purchased a brand new motorcycle, and ever since the 3rd day of ownership have had nothing but a headache with this dealer. Three days after riding it off the lot the bike had a small leak. I took it back so they can take a look and fix it. After having my bike for 5 days I called and was told that what they "tried didn't work." And they were going to "try" something else. After having my bike for 11 days and me calling to complain everyday I was told I could come get the bike and ride it while a part came in so they could make a third attempt on the leak. When I picked up the bike after riding it home discovered that now the leak was ten times worse than before and I wasn't going to ride it. I took it back to them and the Manager told me he would have the part overnight shipped. Four days later I get the bike and it seemed to be working fine. After ten days the leak came back and got even worse. I took the bike back to them and asked for a repair order for the last three jobs. When I was given the repair order they had no dates of attempts and made it seem like all three jobs were done on one "try."

After this happened I got my first statement from the finance company only to discover that I was only approved for a $5,000 limit. My purchase was for $6,348. This caused me to go over my limit by $1,348 dollars on the first transaction. Which raised my interest rate and put potentially negative information on my credit score. I was NEVER informed that my limit was only for $5,000 at the point of sale. They told me I was approved for the bike I was looking at. If I had known I only had a $5,000 limit I would have bought a less expensive bike. When I called the sales manager to ask why this had happened he told me that there's nothing he could do and that it was the finance company's fault for letting me go over. He also said to call them to have my limit raised. Basically tossing me off because they have already made their sale.

This company is not only ruining peoples credit and lying through the sales proccess; they are also allowing their bad mechanics to mess peoples bikes up and lying on the repair orders. If you are thinking of purchasing from HOUSE OF POWER, beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!
