Now everyone here with an IQ of more than 10...are you willing to have your less-than-2-year-old laptop WITH an extended warranty worth $250, be sent back for repairs (which takes a month) ...for the very same wifi problem?
Of course not! (The laptop IS defective as a whole)!
I spoke with 3 case managers and the first 2 agreed to the exchange. The last one Susan, didn;t go for it. The 2nd case manager SHOULD HAVE given me a 75 case # but gave me 73 case # instead which was needed for the exchange...now...WHO'S FAULT WAS THAT?
If anyone here can file a class action, I'm all ears.
Again...I have paid the FULL $250 extended warranty...3 times now, the very same problem with WIFI/MOTHERBOARD...plus the case managers in vancouver, BC, canada...are mostly not bright enough to comprehend the dilemma: thrice broken piece to be returned for repairs a 3rd time?? Which is acceptable to HP....
simply amazing.
