HP HP care pack service extended warranty scam nationwide

I purchased a hp laptop in july 2013 I received a e-mail in june of 2013 telling me my warranty was about to expire and would i like to extend my warranty for 2 years. you bet i would. So i ordered as per the e-mail and paid for the warranty. 3 months later when i needed help the hp people explained that the warranty was from purchase date.and that the 2 year warranty was expired july of 2013. This took 4 hours and i was transferred 6 times they now want to sell me some other kind of warranty. but they said they may not be able to repair my computer anyway I would never trust hp again. WOW WHAT A RIPOFF
