HPD Natural Relief Kavi over charging on credit card, refused to reimburse for products NOT RECEIVED tempe, AZ Internet

I was suppose to receive a 90 day supply for $5.95.  They charged my credit card the $9.95, then two weeks later charged $89.95, and two weeks after that they charged another $89.95.  In addition, they have another company KAVI, that charges your credit card $9.95,  for "steak knives" and yet another company BR Willpower that charges you $9.95 for something else.  Trying to get a hold of these companies is not easy.  Then if you do, ask for a refund, they tell you that it is non refundable.  Wait, even if I did not receive the product, it is not refundable?  How is that? 

I called HPD Natural Relief, and spoke to a customer service rep.  She informed me that Kavi and BR Willpower were separate companies from HPD Natural Relief.  Yet, when I called Kavi after getting off the phone with the rudest customer service rep ever, she was the same person who answered Kavi's phone? Remember they are separate companies.  I asked her name and id number, and her name was the same (unusual) name as the last lady, and 1 number off her id number.  This company is a SCAM!
