Pretty simple,they tell you you will receice your refund in 1 or 2 days knowing full well it aint gonna hapen.Why,cause no one would use the service at the outrageous prices if they knew it was actually gonna be 8 to 15 days.You can file your own taxes online for much cheaper and get them in that amount of time.After using h and r for 20 years,this is my last year of using them and their bank .
