H.R. PRIVETTE Carolina Furniture ripoff dirty SOB's CALABASH South Carolina

We gave Privette $3675.00 on 2-7-03,as a down payment for a bedroom set. He said, the furniture would be delivered in about 2 weeks.After 3 weeks,we called and asked when the furniture was coming? He said the furniture was still being built,at the factory in California.We called the factory,they said they never received an order from him,and stopped his credit last Nov. 02,for lack of payments.We called him again, he said there was a mix up and the furniture was still being built.We again called the factory,they said the furniture was in stock,and Privette was lying.We called him several more times,and went to his store,he was not available.He called, once and said he has a new 800 #, we have been calling it for the past week and no answer. It is now 3 months and no furniture or calls. He has our $3675.00,and we want it back..
