WE MADE THE PURCHASE AND ALL WAS WELL UNTIL A FINANCAL CHRISIS MADE US LATE ON THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE ON THE FIRST PURCHASE. WHEN I RECIEVED THE NEXT STATEMENT I NOTICED THEY STARTED BILLING ME FOR THE NEW PURCHASE THAT WAS MADE UNDER THE SPECIAL PROMOTION. I CALLED RIGHT AWAY & WAS PROMISED AS SOON AS THE ACCOUNT WAS MADE CURRENT THE PROMO. WOULD BE REINSTATED. WHEN I CALLED TO PAY BY PHONE, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REINSTATE THE PROMOTION. I HAVE BEEN ARGUING BACK & FORTH WITH THEM NOW. I HAVE PUT MY DISPUTE IN WRITING AND TOLD THEM TO CONTACT MY BY LETTER. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE CASHED THE CHECK I SENT WITH THE LETTER & I HAVE REC. NUMEROUS HARRASING CALLS. I HAVE TOLD THEM I AM WAITING FOR A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO MY LETTER.
