HRS USA REPO'ED MY BIKE AND WANTS FULL BALANCE UPFRONT IN 15 DAYS OF REPO!!!!! LARGE REPO FEE'S, UNEXPLAINABLE DECISION MAKING. tricked and lied to us Baltimore Maryland

I bought a 2001 Yamaha Bear Tracker last year. I unfortunatly after a while got laied off due to the September 11th attacks, and it took me a long time (aprox. 5 months) to find a decent full time job. I was working 60 hrs a week at a local ski resort makeing min wage just to make ends meet, which wasn't working to my luck. I called HRS several time telling them my situation and letting them know i am going to pay for my bike as soon as i can come up with the money. Well they didn't like that i guess. April 2, 2002 on a tuesday morning (7am at that matter) they were waking people up all over my apt complex trying to find me. Well finally my door rang and it was two guys saying they are with HRS and they have come to take my bike. I let them. They told me that my bike would not be going anywhere for 21 days (yeah right). I called HRS and they didn't even have any record saying that they had my bike. So here i was about to call the cops cause i thought it was stolen. Well finally we found out that it was up for reposession but here is the kicker....I had no idea that it was suppost to be picked up. I used to work for a repo company and NJ State Law says you must send the cust. a letter asking them if they want to volentarally have it repoed if not then they had to make the payment or it would be repoed. Well i didn't get that letter. They said they sent it out but i didn't get it. Then they tell me that i should check with my post office, well if i have been getting all my other bills from them why didn't i get this one. well that is cause they didn't send it to me.

Then I gave permission for my fiance to talk to hrs cause with thier attitudes and all they really got me mad. I asked to speak with a manager a zillion times and they wouldn't let me speak to one. Everyone i spoke to there were nasty. So my fiance was speaking with this woman Tonya from there (lier she is) she told him i had to pay $800 (or something like that) and over $300 just for the repo fee, that she was going to send a letter stating that and i would have 15 days from the letter's date or the bike would go in for auction. Well i called a week 1/2 later cause i didn't get that letter and then Tonya tells me she never said that and we had to come up with over $4000 in 4 days or the bike was going up for auction. So then i finally spoke with a manager, she told me that my fiance was a lier, tonya never said that and i should get priorities strait and pay my bills. and she told me that i would have to pay the balance of $5420 in 4 days. Well the following monday i called and spoke with a very nice woman (don't remember her name) and she told me that if i didn't speak with a manager she could have had me pay $1080 and i could get my bike back and be all up to date, but since speaking with a manager she couldn't over ride it. So anyway now i decided i finally gave up. the bike is going up for auction after 4/27/02. How come they wouldnn't let me pay that fee and get the bike back, all other companies are like that. So to put a long story to an end I got screwed. and i still have to pay the difference on something i don't even own anymore. Makes sence huh...if anyone out there knows something or can help me out before saturday april 27, 2002 please let me know.

AS FOR EVERYONE AT HRS USA - I AM GOING TO DO EVERY LITTLE THING I CAN TO MAKE ALL YOUR LIVES A LIVING !@#$% HE__. YOU ARE ALL RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE, AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL. I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE AND I AM COMEING THERE CAUSE I AM GOING TO GET JUSTICE AND SPEAK TO A HEAD MANAGER OF THE COMPANY. OH AND TONYA DON'T THINK I WONT MENTION YOU, OR SHERYL (MANAGER OF REPO)!!!!!! HAVE FUN FINDING NEW JOBS AFTER I PUT THIS COMPANY AWAY FOR ILLEGAL ACTIONS.
