This month, June 2002, we received a late charge of $29.00. In going back over our statements We found that every month we received a late charge of $29.00.
All payments were made as soon as our income was deposited in our bank. We are senior citizens and that income is not entered in our account until the 3rd of each month.
However, the due date each month was different on our statements.
We are very angry since this whole account was paid long before it was due.
