There are still 3 days to remail the letter but I called the company and they said that wasn't time to post the payment and they were going to charge us an additional $29 for a late payment, a check by phone would cost us $10.
They also said that even if the post office delivered the letter to them on time the payment wouldn't be posted for ONE WEEK! If you do business with Best Buy use a different finance company!
