Costco Puts HRS on notice

EXAMPLE: Holding on to the payments and not posting them until after the due date, then charging a late fee.
Cancelling the credit cards for no reason at all. Costco did not put up with this. They informed HRS this was not acceptable and would take legal action if it does not stop.
Costco still has some problems with HRS.. It takes forever to get a new credit card (if the old one is lost or the magnetic strip no longer works).
HRS is a company that does not care about its customers, but Costco does.
When ever you have a problem with HRS and they cant or will not help you Call 1-800-PRI-COST
Costco need to know about all the problems that HRS is causing their members.
