realized that my Best Buy statement never came in the mail and it's usually due on the 6th of the month.
I called customer service and was told that it was mailed out on Feb. 12 and that my payment was due on March 9. I wrote a check for well over the minimum payment due and mailed it on the 2nd (7 days before it was due, mind you).
Today is the 12th and HRS is telling me that they never received the payment and that a $29.00 late fee has been assessed to my account. My boyfriend(who is a joint owner of the account) and I have spoke with three different people in the customer service department, one of them claiming to be a manager, and nobody wants to acknowledge that there is a problem.
We were told that the late fee would not be taken off our account because of the two previous late fees that we were given credit for. This is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with.
