If I don't use the card at all and I cut them up right away they cant charge me anything can they?
How do I get out of this with them?
I knew something was wrong when I got approved. It was too good to be true, I am building my credit and I don't want anything messing up all the work I have put into cleaning it up.
Someone please advise me if there is anything they can charge me if I DONT use these card? How to cancel COMPLETLY?

As long as you make your payments in advance, and keep track of when your yearly payment is posted so you don't go over the limit, you should have a very good relationship with Orchard Bank. My first year with them, I went over the limit due to the yearly fee, and they refunded my overlimit fee because of my previous ontime payments. My yearly payment is $35 which is very reasonable compared to other cards.
Orchard Bank has never wrongly reported me to the credit bureau and they have helped me rebuild my credit. They have never failed to send me a statement in a timely manner.
Also, but this was 6 or 7 years ago, my husband was about 2 months behind in his payments and Orchard Bank cancelled his card. My husband called Orchard Bank and asked if they would re-instate the card if he paid down what he owed to under the credit limit. They did and were very nice about it. They probably don't do this anymore.
We have never had any problems with Orchard, but as I said we pay them very early, every month. As long as you do this, you should have no problems. Most of the bad reports are from people who pay their bills at the last minute, or late, and don't understand Orchard Banks posting policies.
No, I do not work for Orchard Bank.
