HSBC Mortgage Services Defrauding and pading invoices Brandon Florida

I have contacted the Attorney General office in Austin, Sacramento, and Tallahassee in regards to the problems that I am having with HSBC. I have spoken to two Attorney and discuss the problems with them. I have tried over two years to get this problem resolved. I have paid HSBC over $28,544.58 in less than two years. I have paid them every month and I also have paid them over the last year from $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 and my schedule payment was $844.22. HSBC has been receiving my payments and putting the money in an "Unapplied Cash Account", then charge me late fees and then posted my payment to my account.

I have written over ten to twenty letters informing them of what they are doing and I still cannot get this matter resolve. The more I paid the more I owe. Now they are demanding $4,000.00 more are they will foreclose on my house. I know that they are defrauding me, because I had the same problem with my credit card with a limit of $300.00. I paid them $100.00 a month and they charge me over $2,000.00 over the duration on the account. I had to paid them whatever the say and close the account out before I could get any peace.

Rust Consulting, Inc. contact me with a class action lawsuit against them for the credit card. I tried to contact Rust Consulting to see how I could start a class action lawsuit against them, but my letter was return.

If any one what to file a class action lawsuit and know how? I am willing to help stop HSBC for taking working class citizens money by trying to take their homes. We pay or they will take our homes.
