brought motorcycle in 2007. loan thru retail services. was for fixed rate at 13.9%. paying amount agreed on in contract at dealership. have been called by hsbc since month one stating we are behind in payments. when asked them where these payments came from they didnot know never got any ansers from them have called the numbers on the letters no response they act as if they are clueless they just want there money. finally contacted the bbb and info was sent to me from an e. salazar executive liaison office of the president in california. she stated that between late fees, interest charges and copy fees my balance is still the same. also noticed that each month i have been charged two different interest charges on the amounts. She did not explain this. have contacted an attorney but no word from him also contacted the virginia attorney general he forwared my letter to the occ's customer assisstance group. wrote us attorney general they sent me a booklet on consumers rights. wrote the sec but they dont handle these complaints. have seen other complaints on this site, similar to mine how do i sign up for the class action lawsuit maybe that will get me somwhere with this matter.
