I really enjoy my Bowflex Revolution & think it's a great produce, but if you buy one don't use their financing plan through HSBC. I think HSBC's goal is to force each individual to default on their short-term loan. I would receive their monthly statements two or three weeks after the statement date, even though US mail usually takes two days from Carol Stream to Cleveland. Mailed payments would be processed slow over five days from the date mailed. The due dates each month would vary as much as four days.

My complaint here is with HSBC, but since Bowflex uses this company for their financing, people should know!

I think you should pay off your HSBC credit cards and loans or transfer them to another bank, then cancel your HSBC accounts. I think all of us should email our friends and family to tell them to do the same if they have an existing HSBC account. Also, warn our friends and family not to create accounts with HSBC. Include links to this website, as well as (((Redacted)))

I know its frustrating to wait for something to come in the mail that is very important but its 2010.  You know you have to pay that bill just like if it were the electric bill. 

To many people blaming HSBC because they don't read or ask questions.  You should have been responsible and called to pay by phone or set up your payments over the internet.  Take more responsibility for your daily life and things like this won't happen.
