I have been diisputing this account with HSBC for two years. After many calls and letters I contacted the Federal agencies, Comptroller of the Currency and the Better Business Business. When I did this HSBC responded to say that they are always right and the customer is always wrong. I spoke to Adisla Calvillo at 888-890-4204 ext 6653 (office of the president - she will be out of a job by the end of the year) and Suzy Aguirre at ext 4527 - when she didn't respond I faxed her my documents to her home. You think collection agencies are the only ones that can skip trace? Think again. HSBC doesn't abide by debt counseling rules and HSBC makes and breaks all the rules. They continue to charge late fees regardless of what is going on. The Feds really need to investigate these dumb a**es because they have been getting away with this too long. Several years ago, I fought them all the way to court and when they realized that I wouldn't let up, they dropped the case. I won. They want me to do that again but you know what? Not this time, I am in a much better financial situation and if they want the lousy $78 to pay all 10 of their lousy employees including the two stupid women above, so be it. I always get the last laugh. I want to let everyone else know - continue fighting. HSBC wants you to give up but once you confront them and play their game they back off. They are all a bunch of dumb a**es over there. Every company I have ever taken on has never rebutted my complaints because they know I am right - so try me HSBC. See you in court soon??
