HSBC HSBC ,NA ripoff of INTL customers, refuses to close accounts buffalo, New York

First off, they made me change the account type when moving from NORFOLK,VA to SAN DIEGO,CA which removed the VISA draft limit at ZERO(you know, when you cant take out more money then you have). Secondly, when asked to close the account the bank refuse THRICE. I offered my explaination in writing, even called the bank and they still refused.Next thing I know they want $400+ from me stating I forget an automated transaction. I asked to close the account as my income was going to another bank, NFCU, which I had been with since 2003 and had no problems with. NAVY FEDERAL does not have the draft beyond zero problem that HSBC and BofA have.

However at this point the bank notified CHEX SYSTEMS behind my back. I was homeless for two years and find this out when trying to switch banks that this had happened.Its not listed on the three credit bureaus, CHEX SYSTEMS is the BANKING SYSTEM FRAUD hotline that merchants use to report bad check writers. Needs to integrate with the other three. YOu could be on this list and not know it until its too late.

Even though I filed CH7 in 2010 this bank is continuing to give me hell, despite the fact that I lost a storage unit with most of my documentation within the storage unit. The BANK doesnt seem to care.

DO NOT OPEN an account with this BANK. IF YOU HAVE ONE, CLOSE IT IMMEADIATELY!
