On the 9th of January of 2013 I bought a cigar humidor from Humidor Vault, LLC, and pay it with my paypal account. In the internet page they offer to deliver my order in one or two days, after 1 1/2 week without any notice from them I contact them by phone, and after many attempts, somebody answer the phone and told me that they where very busy and that they will ship it in a few days.
After 3 weeks, on the 31st of january, I received a email from them with the confirmation of the deliver, and they inform me that the deliver was with the United States Postal Service. I pay them for an international deliver because I live in Mexico City, so they charge me a fee for shipping of $220.00 dlls, and they say the deliver was shipped by Global Express Guaranteed and they give me a tracking number that was a fake, because when I intended to track, in the USPS internet page appears a legend that says that its impossible to track with that number and that they will send a return receipt after mailing.
I wait for 3 weeks for the deliver and began to suspect that something was wrong, so I call USPS and they told me that the numbers provided was wrong because their where for a local deliver. With this information on the 28th of february I send a email to them looking for answers, and they reply to me on the same day telling that they will look for this and contact me later. The next week I try to call them and the phone provided always send me to a voice mail and they never answer, and I send them 3 emails that they never answer.
So I try to make a claim with paypal and they told me that I was protected for 45 days and that time was over. I make a claim with my credit card and they will try to contact the seller. It has been 8 weeks since they have my money and they never deliver the humidor. They charge me $520.00 dlls for the humidor with the deliver fee. I want to stop this fraudulent company and preventing other customers to fall as I did.
