This company utilizes negative marketing with Terms and Conditions in small print that allow them to quickly bill for monthly product. This monthly billing will likely commence BEFORE you receive the Free Trial Product for which you thought your only charge would be S&H of about $4. Your credit card statement will reveal the true damage of another $89 on it. Don't be surprised if you see other charges as the T&C allows this company to send your information to whomever they please, including 'affiliate' companies with goods to 'sell'.
Contacting your CC company will result in you being advised of your contractual obligation by the T&C. Phoning any of the 888 or 801 numbers will be met with "call could not be connected". You must resort to a Registered Letter (hoping they will sign for it) and, probably, cancelling your CC and change to another for a time period.
The consumer is a patsy to fiends like these under our current laws. They will only open up under another name once the 'heat' is turned up on this company. No recourse for all those who acted in good faith.
