I would like to say that I have been going to Diane consistently for over a year now. When I first came to her my had been very badly done and the color was terrible. After working on my color and adding the highest quality hair extensions on the market, my hair looks healthy and beautiful. Diane is nothing short of professional and a pleasure to be around. I constantly recieve compliments on my hair and her work, and anyone who goes to see her I feel sure will have the same experience. She has so much knowledge and truly cares about the integrity of my hair. Please do not listen to any of the nonsense on this website, it is obvious that the person writing deragatory information about Diane is delsuional. Not only is she the most professional and knowledgable hair stylist I have ever been too, she is truly a pleasure to be a around and someone I have the privelege of calling my friend. If you are reading this I urge you to go and see for yourself, and your experience Im positive will be a good one! Love you Diane!!! See you in 6 weeks!

I read all the comments here above starting with the negative one by Fuming From Miami and read through all the other ones  good ones and the last bad one by a Terrie B.  By the vile poisoneous, dirty'  low life and low class words and language used by Fuming From Miami and by Terrie B that  it is clear that they are the same person and this person does not need hair extensions she needs to get her head examined by a reputable therapist.  Oh by the way this rebuttal is not typed by Diane or any of her friends or family: I a am client of Diane my name is Michelle and if you have the opportunity to meet with Diane asked her my number I will be glad to speak with you.

 I am writing this because I stumbled into this series of complaints, response by Diane and rebuttals by some of  Diane's clients and I am trying to understand the insane paralell universe of Fuming From Miami aka Terrie B.  Like the 3 other ladies who have been absolutely satisfied and happy with Diane' services I am another one them, and I just got ny hair done a few days ago and let me say that my hair, is an extension of my personality. It should be a reflection of who you are on the inside. I am an African-American female who has spent decades and tens of thousands of dollars searching for someone to help me convey how I see myself on the inside to the outside. I have found that person with Diane.

She doesn't just DO your hair, she expertly, gently, and effectively grooms and styles your crowning glory. We as clients deserve to be treated with respect, our concerns and questions addressed, but most of all, we deserve to have a stylist who doesn't just hear what you want, but listens. My hair is... unbelievable. It looks and feels just like it was growing from my scalp. As long as I am able to travel to DIane, she will be the only woman that adds hair to my head.  Don't worry about the trash and garbage psote in this website by this deranged person: find out for yourself. Come to her with an open mind and she will nourish your scalp, and your soul. She is patient, witty, wise and attentive. Thank you, Diane.

This person/business is registered illegally under a fictious business name ... Working shoddily out of her dilapidated mobile home. She claims to have been in "business" for over 30+ years successfully, yet has filed for bankruptcy several years ago and pays no taxes on her income. She lies about her experience. Is not certified in hair extensions. At all! She Has stolen photos from great lengths website to put on her own. Obvious misrepresentation and devious conniving actions. She is an aged broke, lying piece of crap, and she knows it. Miss Gilbert...aka Fadool is a lying creepy criminal that takes advantage of women when they are desperate and weak. All of her rebuttals are from her, all of her reviews on her website are from her. She only advertises on backpages or under other alias' on Craigslist. What reputable business person does this. None! She is operating illegally from her home gives no receipts and lies about her skills, so called talent, fake reviews, and product quality. The woman should be in jail.

She is being investigated. Good luck if you foolishly succumb to her web of lies and deceit. Adhere one warning..DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GIVER HER A DEPOSIT UP FRONT in any form! You will never see it again, and she will lie to your credit card company claiming you received services that you did not. Unfortunately with hair extensions, it is difficult to regulate and you cannot return the product. Creepy 62 year old professional criminal. Stay away!

After reading all these strong accusations about Diane and her work at Hair N Credible I feel as her client and friend I should express my opinion and my experience I have had with her. I believe there are two sides to every story and people can get really nasty if they don't get their way with things. First of all I have been going to Diane for over a year now. I moved to Florida from California, where hair extensions are very common and seem very necessary especially for my profession, as a model. Good quality hair does not come cheap as we know it ladies. I have been getting my extensions done for 4 years now, and I have had just about every kind that is possible, and have had numerous disappointments with my past hair stylists (and I have gone through 9!). It was not only disappointing but expensive and I suffered from thinning hair.

I met Diane and she was friendly, professional, and very passionate about her work, something you don't see in many stylists today or at least the ones I have gone to! She quoted me a very reasonable price and said she guarantees her work. If there was ever a problem all I would do is come back and she would fix it free of charge. (NO stylists have EVER said that to me!) So I got my extensions done by her, and she did such an amazing and beautiful job I have been going back ever since. I also referred my old roommate to Diane and she loved her work and has gone back as well. Ever since I have been going to her my hair has actually improved  with extensions in the way it looks and feels, which is a first for me.

She is a woman who is not only true to her word but very genuine. She has treated me with such kindness and professionalism and I will continue going back to her.

Hi everyone!  I feel the need to respond to these accusations about HairN'Credible.  I have been a client of Diane's for over a year now and would not leave her and her services because of a few things.  I have been wearing extensions for over 4 years now and have nightmare stories of extensionists, bad enough to where part of my hair was broken off.  I came to Diane being terrified and praying she would help and she did just that.  First of all, the customer service I received and continue to receive from her is unique.  Whenever, I've had any issues with my extensions she's been right there fixing any problem.  I redo my extensions with her every 3-4 months and in between have gone to her for maintenance without any issues or concerns.  She has been very open in discussing the need to take care of my extensions and what the guidelines are.  I also want to address the thing about "testimonials".  I'm proof they are 100% true and real because, I myself, have written one of them that she proudly added to her website.  I actually saw all the old emails with dates and printed out, of very happy customers.  She is truly a professional and her customer service is what has kept me there.  Her hair is of great quality and her years of experience are clear with her finished product. 



Girls, she knows what she is doing and will provide great customer service!

I am writing in response to a claim submitted by Fuming From Florida. I have been going to Diane for over 7 months now and she has not only done an amazing job on my extensions, but also my color. She has corrected and repaired my hair in this time. How could you even compare high priced hair salons (that I went to for years...who had ruined and damaged my hair to the point where it was breaking and looked horrible)? Her prices are more than fair and inexpensive. Her work is top of the line. She is the most amazing women who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and is always there if needed. Diane is INCREDIBLE. Her work and her products are the best in the industry and there isn't another hair dresser I would go to or allow to touch my hair after seeing her. She is informative and knowledgeable and makes sure you are know everything you need to know about taking care of your hair and extensions. If I ever had a problem, which I rarely do, she is always there and telling me to come in immediately at NO COST. I have seen her licenses and she is valid in both the State of Florida and New York. Furthermore, who are you to say that he reviews are fictitious...I am one of her reviews on her website and take offense to that. Get your facts straight! Sounds like you were trying to get something for free. IF you can't afford to get extensions or your hair done...than do it yourself. Trying to get your money back after someone does a service for you, that is disgusting!

With regards to this lying bankrupt aged criminal, it is best to let the facts speak for them self. I have documentation that verifies her history of criminal activities and numerous aliases. I also have filed a police report to investigate her forging my signature and other illegal activities (including operating with out a valid license, fictitious business names, non paid taxes). The credit card charge back is presently under investigation and she has not 'won' anything. This is far from over. I noticed that even last month of this year another one of her victims posted a report on this site where it is no longer available. If this a so called legitimate site, then leave the valid honest reports available for proper vindication and warnings. If she is an actual honest business operator, why does she only advertise on back pages with several names? She was actually barred from craigslist. Creepy and gross. The gig is up and she knows it. Desperate and destitute is all this multi alias corrupt criminal is. Feel free to contact for any documentation support. You can only get away with scamming people for so long...her time is up!

Sorry for the delay in rebutting but I just found out about this report from one of my good customer who read it and could not believe it was about me.  This is Diane the hairstylist being slandered by the author called FumingFromFlorida who published that disgusting report. Even though I am very tempted, I could, but I wont publish her first and last name in this rebuttal, to respect her privacy.
 
But I will certainly not let my 30 years experience as a Hairstylist/Hair Extensionist/Colorist, hair salons operator and a Florida and New York Cosmetology licensee in good standing and my good name being tarnished, dragged in the mud by one spiteful, irresponsible individual. It saddens me and also its insulting to see how far, financially desperate people, will go by misleading, misrepresenting and blatantly lying in order to avoid facing and accepting their actions and financial responsibilities.  Let me give you a history of my dealing with Fuming FromFlorida
 
Fuming FromFlorida was my hair extensions client from January 2010  to December 2010.  During that time, I have done her hair extensions 3 times and we had a great relationship until Jan 2011. But I had my share of problems with her because she was not listening to the hair care guidelines for hair extensions I had explained to her each time we met, which I also provided her in writing and I also provide to each of my hair extensions clients.  When she came to me the first time, her hair was in a very bad state from too much bleaching she had abused in the past.  I trimmed her hair, got the dead ends off and used a very mild color to even everything out, and afterward a good conditioning treatment and finally installed a full head of extensions.  She was very happy with the results.   
 
Afterward Fuming FromFlorida remained my client and our second meeting was 5 months later for color and new hair extensions and her own hair had improved a lot, so far so good. I did a brand new full head of hair extensions with same steps and care than the first one.  Within a less than a month afterwards,  Fuming FromFlorida called me, almost in tears, saying her hair extensions were knotted and falling. I asked her what she did and she admitted she used some bleach herself on her own hair and the extensions to be more blond. I reminded her that I told her and also my Hair Care Guideline clearly indicates, that you cannot bleach your hair extensions. They must first be taken out, afterward, your own hair gets treated and then the extensions gets colored and finally the extensions must be reinstalled with brand new bonds.  So when, she bleached her hair she damaged numerous bonds. I took care of her at no charge and fix the problems by adding some hair, redid some bonds colored some area and spend several hours for all that work and using all these products for free of charge to help her out. But when I finished I told her that if she damages her hair extensions again by not following the hair care guidelines, I will have to charge her for my time and the new hair.            
 
In Mid-Dec 2010, Fuming FromFlorida came to me to get new hair extensions. She was charged a very great price on her credit card to remove the old hair extensions, wash and clarify her hair, color her hair (medium blonde), install the new hair extensions, blow and style.  When she left she was extremely happy like the previous times. I did my work like each time we met before, with care and professionalism.  After the New Year Holiday, around January 3, 2011, I received a phone call from Fuming FromFlorida claiming she was in New York (but I had no way to know if she really was in NY) who in tears said that many of her extensions strands had fallen off.  Based on her history, I asked her right away what did you do to your hair.  She answered she wanted to become a Platinum Blonde and she had again herself bleached her hair.  I told her she had been warned many times that she cannot bleach, color or perm hair extensions, it would destroy the bonds.  I asked her when she would be back in South Florida and she said she was not sure. I told her that the day she comes back I would clear my schedule for her and look at her hair and determine what needs to be done to correct the situation.  A few days later, I sent her an e-mail asking her when she would be back in town: no response. The following week I called her cell phone and left messages in her voice mail and send her a second e-mail: no response. The 3rd week of January 2011 I tried her cell phone but her phone number was no longer in service.  The next time I heard from Fuming FromFlorida, was a credit card chargeback notice I received in February 2011 from my Credit Card processing company.  She was trying to get her credit card credited for the full amount. I disputed this charge back and I was successful   
 
This is the true and accurate history of my dealings with Fuming FromFlorida and now let me correct many misrepresentations she made in her report 
 
1)      My hair, Remy Human Hair, is the highest quality which I purchased directly from  European based manufacturers, at prices that allow me to offer great pricing to my clients
2)      I am Licensed Cosmetologist/Hairstylist from NY and FL and my 2 licenses are framed and affixed on the wall of my hair studio
3)      I am a Certified Hair Extensionist and I have all my certifications papers
4)      I dont live in a trailer park
5)      All taxes related to my operations are dully filed and paid through the services of my accountant
6)      All my testimonials on my website are real and are received from my clients, and I have kept all these original e-mails, with date and time stamped, e-mail address etc, ready to be replied to, and I have no problem to show them to any of my new clients when we meet  
7)      No documents nor signature were forged all my hair extensions clients including  Fuming FromFlorida had to and must sign Clients Hair Extensions Agreement  And Home Care Guidelines and on a separate sheet to make sure they understand how to maintain the hair extensions they are provided with a Clients Hair Extensions Home Care Guidelines 
 
I am an experienced professional and I do all my work with care and pride but I always say to all my clients that if you take care of your hair extensions they will take care of you I have been in the hair business for 30 plus years, and I believe in the free market where people with bad services and products will not survive and if I act in the fashion Fuming FromFlorida has described regarding on how I run my business, I should have been out of business a long time ago, but, I am in business and I have hundreds of happy clients throughout South Florida, even from Las Vegas and New York, who would vouch anytime for me, about my services, my products and the great pricing they are getting. 
 
I am astonished and taken aback to see how easy it is to slander someone, like Fuming FromFlorida did to me, through this Rip Off Report website, and get away with it, without anyone doing any verification of the facts, without anyone contacting me to get my side of the story before FumingFromFlorida story  was published and without any type of repercussions or accountability for  FumingFromFlorida
