Amazing quality hair extensions and the best customer service. I see Diane for my hair once or twice a week, and every time she make me look gorgeous. The best thing that ever happened to my hair. Highly recommended for hair styling, color, and extensions.

I have to admit, reading this report was very disturbing.  Never in a million years would I ever believe that Diane would behave in such a way.  I have been a very happy client for over 2 years now and I would never consider going anywhere else for my hair extensions.  I am complimented almost daily from people I dont even know on my hair! People don't even know they are extensions.  Diane has been nothing but professional, she maintains a clean shop, always goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable and stands by her work.  I've never had a problem with the installation in the entire time I've been going to Diane.  Its always a pleasure going to Diane when I need services.  She's funny, understanding, professional.  Even though I only get my hair done with her, I think of Diane as my hairdresser and friend. She always makes me feel beautiful when I leave her shop.  I always feel like a million bucks and its all because of my perfect hair! 

I am writing in response to a claim submitted by  Mislead/poor information . I have been going to Diane for over 7 months now and she has not only done an amazing job on my extensions, but also my color. She has corrected and repaired my hair in this time. How could you even compare high priced hair salons (that I went to for years...who had ruined and damaged my hair to the point where it was breaking and looked horrible)? Her prices are more than fair and inexpensive. Her work is top of the line. She is the most amazing women who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and is always there if needed. Diane is INCREDIBLE. Her work and her products are the best in the industry and there isn't another hair dresser I would go to or allow to touch my hair after seeing her. She is informative and knowledgeable and makes sure you are know everything you need to know about taking care of your hair and extensions. If I ever had a problem, which I rarely do, she is always there and telling me to come in immediately at NO COST. Furthermore, I have seen her portfolio of pictures and her licenses from the State of Florida and New York...as I am sure she showed you as well on your initial visit. It was one of the first things she did when I met her. Any salon you go to would charge $200 for a color correction, hair cut and style. You went to her initially for hair extensions and she was honest enough to tell you that you didn't need them. Sounds like you were trying to get something for free.

As a client of the one and only talented "Hair Connoisseur", AKA the owner of "Hair N Credible", I was very upset and cannot believe the vicious and unprofessional labeling of Diane, that has taken place on this site. I also cannot believe that an individual could stoop to a level of degrading an individuals reputation, especially knowing that these incidences are false. As always, everyone does have a two-sided story, just as we have two-way streets, however, in life, we have the choice to pass by or crash into each other. It is so incredibly sad that as a society, some choose to work against each other instead of address problems through communication.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being a client of this hair and beauty goddess, and I am so thankful to have such a talented professional working her master of art on my mane. I have experienced the absolute WORST and now I have experienced the absolute BEST. Her customer services skills and quality product are superior and second to none. Appointment's, emergency repair, emergency appointments, quality advice, there is no doubt, she will have you covered! She is a licensed professional and her prior successes with clientele totally "WOWED" me! She also has excellent testimonials (that are real) and references that she is always happy to share with new and existing customers.

Diane takes image very seriously and realizes that her image portrays her business. She would never greet a customer (both existing and new) at the door with a cigarette butt in her mouth. In fact, out of the entire post, I am still laughing about that statement.
As for a customer getting ripped off several times, as a consumer, if this were true why would you continue to use Hair N Credible for your services? A perfect example for this situation is when you go to a restaurant and finish your dinner and then request to the server that you disliked your food and would like a refund or a freebie. Nothing in this world is free, I mean cmon, seriously? Also, do unhappy customers call their hairdresser girlfriend, and give beautiful gold necklaces as Christmas gifts?

Every day, especially in South Florida, we see businesses come in and go out, change names once a week, etc. If Diane had something to hide, wouldnt she just RUN like the rest of the scandalous?
Do you know how many small businesses would LOVE to be on the 1st page of Google, with a bushel of excellent apples and two that are sour? I want to thank you so much Fuming Anna in Miami and Liz of Rhode Island on behalf of Diane, for your excellent marketing strategies!!! I am sure that her appointment book is full, and her phone is ringing off the hook based on the quality people she has to back her services!

What I love about Diane is that regardless of the situation, she is professional, and has not mentioned anything to slash eithers personality knowing that she has enough personal information to destroy the amazing life you think that you live.
Diane is a beautiful lady and I personally do not think that her picture does her justice! Hair N Credible comes highly recommended for all of her services: Color, cut, blowout, extensions, specialization in thin hair, treatments, etc this lady can work miracles!
Thank you for the opportunity to turn this negative into a positive and really make myself remember why I choose to use Hair N Credible services... it truly is a NO BRAINER.

Hi this is Diane, the hairstylist being slandered by the author Mislead/poor information who published this report full of falsities and misrepresentations. I could, but I will not publish, to keep her privacy, her first and last name in this rebuttal,
 
Mislead/poor information is a resident of Rhode Island who was visiting, as a tourist, South Florida during the Christmas and New Year Holidays 2010.  She found my advertising on the internet and called me on the morning of 12/26/2010 and made an appointment that same day to get hair services.
 
I will not let my 30 years experience as a Hairstylist/Hair Extensionist/Colorist, hair salons operator and a Florida and New York licensee in good standing, in Cosmetology being attacked and stained by a fly by night Florida tourist (like too many try to do) when she tried to get from me an Atfer Christmas Freebie Hair Service deal after returning to her home state.
 
Mislead/poor information  came to my location, in the late afternoon of 12/26/2010 and following her desire and being apprised in advance of the total cost, I provided her with the following professional hair services: Washed her hair, Colored her hair Blond, Applied a Deep Conditioning treatment, Cut, Blowed & Styled.   
 
The total charge for my services was $200.00.  When she left, Mislead/poor information was very happy with the results and said she loved the color of her hair.  During the performance of my hair services, we talked about the possibility for her to get hair extensions and a second appointment was made for the following day 12/27/2010 to further explore hair extensions for her.  By the way, no way I quoted $1,200 for hair extensions.  This is a falsity. I worked by appointment only and I keep my operating expenses low and I purchased my high quality hair wholesale directly from European based hair manufacturers and this allows me to keep my prices for a complete hair make over with extensions  around the $600 to $800 area (depending on much hair is needed).  So the next day Mislead/poor information did not show up for her second appointment, did not call to cancel or reschedule the appointment, did not respond to my phone calls and voice mail messages I left for her and basically did not hear from her again.  Never got a call from her, to complain about her hair, nor to request I fix whatever problem with her hair she had, and she would have called I would clear my schedule right away and deal with the situation (if there was one!) but nothing from her  and the next time I heard from this woman is when I received a credit card charge back notice from my Merchant Credit Card Processing Company in Feb 2011 where Mislead/poor information  was requesting a complete credit of the $200.00 she had pay me for the hair services she received
 
When reading the chargeback reason Mislead/poor information  indicated in the notice, it read as: customer purchased hair extensions and the merchant was unable to provided them .  But nowhere was mentioned in the credit card charge back notice all the allegations she is now making in this Rip Off Report. Nothing. Isnt that strange that at the time she filed the credit card charge back notice she only indicated that the reason she want a credit was because she had paid for hair extensions and did not get them?  Which is absolutely false.  I disputed the charge back and was successful and I mam sure it lead to the filing of this report by Mislead/poor information  so she can steam her anger and spite.   By the way, anyone of you ladies who had hair services, you know very well that no qualified, experienced and competent hairstylist/cosmetologist does coloring for $40.00 ?!!  So you can see by the comment made by Mislead/poor information expecting $40.00 hair color correction services, where this woman is coming from!
            
I have been in the hair business for 30 plus years, and I believe in the free market where business offering inferior products or services will eventually fail. If my business ethics were as described by Mislead/poor information i.e. taking peoples money and not providing any services or products afterward: my credit card merchant account would be flooded of hundreds of charge backs and I would end up being out of business.  Instead I have a nice and large clientele, hundreds of women in South Florida who are using my services (hair services or extensions) and are extremely happy with the results and my pricing and many of them send me by way of e-mail, appreciation testimonials which I published on my website    
 
This woman believed, like many tourists visiting Florida in the December Holidays, that she can come to this state, and get her hair done, go back to Rhode Island and 1 month later come up with a bogus reason (not getting hair extensions) so she wont have to pay her credit card charge when she get her statement!

i have to say when i was reading your complaint i had to ask myself just who you were talking about .
i have been a customer of Diane's for many years ....and i never thought anything of those things , actually Diane is a VERY nice woman , and yes she will invite you into her home for a consult if you cannot make to the salon during business hours because that is how she is ....always accommodating her clients . day or night you can always count on her to show up for the appointment, emergency repair job , or whatever mess you've gotten your hair into . she is great !!!! Her hair is TOP OF THE LINE ! ive had extensions on and off over the last 20 years and , Diane has a wonderful product , never shedding , tangling, falling out , sliding down ....nothing , the hair is wonderful and the way she applies  the hair to your own is amazing , very very natural looking beautiful hair. that will last for months with no damage to your own hair.
trust me ladies I ve had bad hair jobs in the past from inexperienced stylist who say they can do hair extensions so i know the difference.
however if you go see Diane you will be welcomed as a friend , not a client and leave with beautiful hair, feeling wonderful.
as for cost ...i find hair n credible to very reasonable compared  to what other salons charge for a whole lot less .
