I contacted Tia three weeks in advance discussing a color job I wanted on my Extensions, I sent several photos so she would know in advance what type of color I specifically wanted, everything sounded promising, she told me she would get my color several days before the appointment.

On the day of the appointment she notified me she would be running 40 minutes behind, would not be able to start the appointment until 10:45. I arrived at my appointment on time when she notified me she had another client to Service, and would start dying my hair, did not let me know ahead of time.

She was clearly unpreppared mixing the dyes and figuring out the color she asked me several times what color I was looking for when we had clearly discussed this weeks in advance, she dyed one set of mu Extensions one color and guesstimated the second color for the extension making her client run and grab the color another big mistake as a so called licensed Hairstylist. As we were talking she notifies me she an avid weed smoker and will do so away from me when she needs a quick fix!!!!!! Unbelievable, illegal and unprofessional. Second big mistake as a (licensed ) Stylist.

After hours of waiting I was going to be serviced at 3pm, when my appt was to begin at.10:45. When my Extensions were fully dyed, set and dryed I began to see there true color I had very harsh colors and would not blend well after sewn in and installed, I also noted the hair on the ends were extremly brittle, she did not properly condition the hair after she dyed it.. I let her know I was not happy with the dye job at this point she goes from zero to one hundred, in so many words she lets me know I wasted my time, I did not know what I was talking about and didnt know what I wanted.

Im so flustered and irrate at this moment I let her know I want the hair back to its original color she storms out slams her door to head back to the beauty suppy, returning she informs me the beauty supply is closed. Shes fuming, emotionally irradic, clearly irritated. Then says she sorry but her demeanor says otherwise. I told her I needed some rest did not want my second Service to finsh my full sew in Extensions and say I will be in touch to reset the color. She then lets me know if I wanted to come back same day for a Service, my hair mind you is in full afro, to Call and come back I said ok.

I contacted my original Stylist for an emergency appt after a disaster day with this woman and was told to come in early morning next day im elated.

I Call Tia, she says I Call you back. I wait an hour text and Call back to let her know i need the hair dyed back black tonight, I could purchase the dye in my area but store closes at eight.and need to know what materials to use. No answer or Call. She texts me at 7:32 saying ummmm I fell asleep but im here if you,need me.

At that point that was the final straw this woman was not emotionally stable blew up on,me when she was clearly in the wrong, doing a horrendous half done dye job and then tries apologizes??? Sadly I was a New client if I can save even one person from experiencing the nightmare I did, I would be Forever grateful. Never again, be very cafeful ladies.
