Bernard Haldane Associates ..no benefits to employees, a bunch of liars

Bernard Haldane charged me $4000 and assigned me to a "professional." This person fell asleep in meetings, farted, belched, and made peculiar noises. Discouraged I complained and was assigned to Henry Lesher, a so called advisor, whom I later learned was in the role of fielding such complaints. This man flattered me and told me that I I would be able to move toward doing HR work in the Haldane org but it would take time. I

continued to have meetings with this man none of which were focussed on building any skills that Haldane promised. Eventually (after finding my own work) I was led to believe by Mr. Lesher that there was now the opportunity to enter the company and do the kind of consulting I wanted to do. I met with the "CEO," Barry Layne, an old garmento. He told me that he saw me in sales and would I like to try it. I was assured by Mr. Lesher that in time I would be doing HR work. Nothing was further from the truth.

I came to learn that BHA's motto is "get their money, and we'll deal with complaints later." Many times I was told that the clients were mostly deadbeats and liars.

I came to learn that the organization provides virtually no benefits to employees except the opportunity to buy insurance or contribute to an IRA but no company participation. I soon left for ethical reasons. I could not represent a product that was intrinsically so dishonest.
