I am a seller on Half.com and ebay not one of those scam sellers but a real seller and have been for 4 years. Back in August of 2006 Half.com had suspended my account for no "abusing ebay" I had listed my international editions on ebay which is allowed and my USA edition on half.com and then they suspended my account for getting chargebacks even when I supplied them with delviery confirmation numbers that showed the item was delivered.

After the suspension they said I would get my money after 90 days since that was the time customers have to file for claim but then 90 came and went and still no money and after 90 I still kept getting returns from customers. because half.com sold thousands of books which I did not have of USA editions back in August 16-22nd because of their email problem. I could not email the customers since I was suspended.

It is Jan 4th and still no money finally got a email and said "you must be inactive for 14 days to get money" But it is half.com that keeps accepting returns after 90 days that is making my account active with returns!!!
HAlf is a terrible customer cervice company.
They keep saying it is half policy that they must follow but then they are not following half policy by taking returns after 90 days?

I have filed complaint with BBB and didnt help, now with San Jose DA office still waiting. They said ebay has till Jan 8th to reply.

they finally sent the check and got it April 10th 2007. I cant wait till another company comes along and gives ebay a run for their money, it will come someday.

TODAY IS Februry 18th 2007 still no money
They said that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get a Check in the mail. My direct deposit that has worked fine for 4 years was "unsuccessful" so a check would need to be sent.

But I got another return today not in the original condition it was sent since it was 6 months ago. So I dont know when I will get my money.

BBB has been no help but you should still file a complaint Santa Clara office you should still file a complaint

My State Senator has contacted the Federal Trade Commission on my behalf. I am hoping maybe the Fair Trade Commission is next.

I am now sending a letter to the Governor of California. Everyone with a similar situation should do all the above.

I got an email stating they are going to send the money Feb 2nd Today is the 13th and still no money

this is really getting out of hand.
they said they I should get the money in five days. What a surprise no money.

Feb 1st and still no money and "two weeks inactive"

I have now been "inactive for two weeks" according to website but still no money.
They have been telling the BBB, Santa Clara District Attorney Office and me that I must be inactive for two weeks in order to get my money. Still no money. They keep lying to everyone they talk to. I would not be surprised if a "return" appears in the next day or so so they can hold the money for another month.
