so I tried to communicate with them via telephone and email with no positive results- they just gave me the "run around." It was then that I turned to the BBB for help and they finally answer to my complain saying that they were "sorry" because my emails never "reached" half.com support and asked me to fax them some documents and let them know when I did so. I already did and let them know and they are gone again!!. SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS GUYS SINCE THEY CAN KEEP DOING THIS- A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.
