Can't get to respond to requests for refund of junky sale

The first time I have used, I bought a video camera that was supposed to be 'like new', in 'factory condition' and when I got it discovered that it doesn't work properly at all. Now I'm trying to reach, and guess what? Their instructions say to contact the seller using a button, but there is no such function anywhere on their site. AND does not repsond to my pleas for help (via email) other than an automated message that they are happy to get my comments.
