HallMark Ford installed the wrong computer into my truck. I have a 98 Ford Explorer and they installed a 99 model computer and have refused to correct this incredible wrong and make it right. They refuse to stan Batesville, Mississippi

Is it not working correctly? I just wonder because the 98 and 99 model years were basically the same weren't they.
I am not defending them just wondering since you did not state if there was a problem or not.
