Halvorsen Motors Harrassing phone calls and text messages from the sales agent and finance person Phoenix, Arizona

I was looking for a used car in 2012 and had been browsing on several companies- big and small. Then this sales agent(at the time i would call him that since he seems professional enough on the phone) left a voicemail message and text message to call him back so we can set up an appointment and be able to drive the car i want. A month of this "follow-up" phone calls to lure me to their dealership, i gave in and looked at the car.

The sales person suggested a different car for me which i am able to afford because i have poor credit. Now this is a surprise? I have informed this sales agent from day one that i have poor credit but he assured me that he can get me into the car i want. 

To make the long story short, that same day i was looking and hoping to get the car that i want, the sales person pushed me to get this car that he has offered. I signed the piece of paper that they showed me what the price was of the car and what the monthly payments are going to be and what my downpayment would be with the dates of when to give the payment to them. BUt a month into the car, i dropped it off to Meinenke and had an oil change.

That's when i found out many things wrong with this car that i paid 400+ out of pocket and the car was in my possession for not even a month. I went to Triple A a day after since i was concerned about this car. I called Halvorsen Motors office and spoke with the finance officer and he assured me that they would refund me as long as i have the receipt.

When Triple A checked my car, i was told that either i will give myself a new gift by getting a new car or give my car a gift by basically spending almost 3000 dollars to repair it. So i said, i'll just take the car home and think about it for a few days. I went home and called Halvorsen Motors right away but the finance officer flat out told me that it's my problem now and it's not part of the warranty. 

I had no choice but to have the car repossessed. I had no money to fix that car. And of course, they were not happy when i told them that they need to get the car. The sales agent aka Mr. Rude, Mr. Unprofessional sent me a bombardment of text messages and left voice messages trying to prevent me from such decision. Then they finally went to my place to get the car but did a last ditch effort of harrassing me by yelling my name in my place at 10 pm at night. I mean, who does that????   I am sharing this story now so no one will ever experience this kind of treatment from anyone else.
