Hampton Inn Has owed me IN WRITING 159.85 since JULY 17, 2010!!! Refuses to comply with refund Clinton, New Jersey
We paid 159.85 CASH upon checkin. The stay was horrendous with sports team kids running, screaming, beating on doors all the way down corridors, after management was notified about all night. Our sink and shower did not drained. The stay was just terrible.
Upon early checkout, I discussed our night, and asked for a refund which she agreed to do. Remember...we had paid cash less than 8 hours before.
Kate, the manager, at that time stated the "refund policy" did not allow for a cash refund over $100.00, so it would have to be mailed to us within two weeks and was given a written guarantee...
Today is February 17,2012.....I have not ever recd MY money. The last email recieved from Ashley Neumann. Front Desk Supervisor was on December 28, 2011 when she advised the refund show be here in two weeks??????????
My suggestion would be to steer clear of all Hampton Inn-Hilton Hotels. Their word for me is no good
