 When my wife went to cancel her membership they have her fill out a form to cancel her membership we thought everything was cancelled. A few months go by and no changes and we think everything is fine. Three months later we get charged again the monthly fee. We stop in to cancel again in person and they tell her she really wants to freeze her membership. She tells them no she wants to cancel her membership and be refunded the money they should not have charged her. She is told that they can't do that and that since she didn't fill out the right form or give 30 days notice she will actually be charged for the next months membership as well. They inform her that this is all her fault and her problem but she is more than welcome to use the services for the next month AKA spend more money at that location.
