Mr. Baker. We certainly apologize that you were not satisfied with our work. We did not complete the job as you did not want us to continue. It was unfortunate that the owner was in for surgery during the time your job began but once she was out she did try to negotiate with you to try to make you happy. Ms. Daniels did so much as to throw away all the reported hours from the multiple craftsmen on your job and use the small amount of hours that you felt that had worked. That still was not satisfactory to you. You still were not satisfied. So at this point all we can do is apologize and wish you the best! God bless!!
