Hanover Companies Gerry Guterman Misled investment, Rip Off, bankruptcy Delray Beach, Florida

Our family purchased two homes in Gulfport, MS with GO-Zone Investment incentives.  Hanover Companies, the developer, promised to lease our properties for 24 months.   After the first month, each subsequent payment was later and later.  At the end of our contract, an attorney claiming to represent Hanover called us and tried to buy us our of our remaining rental payments.  We were owed over $10,000 and they offered a few thousand to be done with them.  They claimed that bankruptcy was looming for the company.  We are now 4 months out of our 24 month contract and we are still OWED 5 rental payments.  

I am calling and emailing the contacts at Hanover constantly.  Wonder Knowles is my "contact" person but she has told me that until Brett Immel or Gerry Guterman gives the OK, funds cannot be released.  Brett Immel has told me via email to call Wonder or Gerry and I will get paid shortly.  Wonder tells me she has no control.  Gerry Guterman has promised payment,  then nothing happens.  Each time I am able to reach him by phone, he is complaining of another medical condition.  I was initially sympathetic but my patience is gone.  

My family should be finished with Hanover but we still cannot get our last 5 rental payments.  We are owed a total of $8879.09.  Our contract with them ended in March and now, in July, I am still trying to track someone down.

I would never invest with them again or recommend them to anyone.  It has been a horrible, frustrating experience.  They promise and promise and then nothing happens.  They are unethical.  They are running a scam!
