Harris Bank NA Screwed by Harris Bank Internet

I purchased a car from a third party to had a loan and balance through harris bank. State Farm who loaned me the money for the car paid off the loan but Harris Bank refuses to release the title. Both me and the seller have spend over 8 hours on the phone trying to get harris bank to release the title so I can license the car but Harris Bank is so incompetant that can't process the payment even thought we have proven to them the payment has cleared State Farms bank. This organization should be sued and if I find that I have a cause of action to do so I intend to sue them in federal court and possibly even a class action if others have the same cause of action.
