" Yes I understand that for Net Detective I will pay a one-time charge of $29.00. At no additional charge I will get 3 full YEARS of unlimited searches."
What a crock. That statement is a total lie.
They even ask in their refund 4 page form if Misleading advertisement is the reason I am requesting a refund.
Someone needs to shut them down.
