I was told I had to wait 15 business days for an inquiry. That changed to 30 days shortly after the 15th day. In one day I called 6 times. The first 5 was told the system is having problems call back in 45 min. The 6th time is when I was told it changed to 30 days. I want my $99 back.
This company is running a crime ring. They take you money and give you the run around. I've yet to receive a refund. The names of the people I talked to are Shelia, Jerry, Quanet(?) and Andarisa(?) Not sure of the last two spellings. I spelled them the way they sounded.
