I CANCELED THE POLICY THE DAY AFTER I received it. And I have contacted the Attorney General and the Insurance Department. So far I have received letters from a Gary Pierce, Licensed Insurance Agent # 677485 of Affinion Benefits Group, and Plan Administrator Cynthia U. Prather of Affinion Benefits Group.
The joke is the forms from Hartford Insurance offered the option to select a family plan, BUT NO OPTION to select individual coverage. Then they put everybody into a family plan whether they select it or NOT.
Now they do not wish to refund moneys they removed from my checking account.
So let them pay all their lawyers. That will cost them hundreds of times what they ripped me off for. This plan was offered through Citizens Bank
