100% not at fault and denied payment of claim

Thanks for taking the time to write, and express the way I have become to feel, after the absurd treatment by the Hartford. I have never heard of any % of at fault, it has always been either your at fault, or your not! But my Wife was told, our Son would have to accept 20% of fault, before they would pay his claim. My wife stated that would never happen, and she hung up on their claims department, after they refused to budge from their absurd request.
I am not very happy to see what is written here about their claims being denied, And that only backs up my feeling about how they are doing others, like myself. It is a shame, they are allowed to operate this way. They completely dropped the ball, and had not even tried to contact us, after my Wife hung up on them.
I will also be adding a complaint here on the Ripoff Report, in addition to this rebuttal to further help warn others, who might also feel they been treated just as poorly. They were given plenty of time, to try resolve this issue, but did absolutely nothing more on their own. Thats been well over a year, and now have only started to communicate with us, after I filed a complaint against them, with the Texas Department of Insurance.
We took our truck to their repair shop, for the estimate as they requested. But they claim they never recieved it! They also said, they cant even get copy from repair shop. But I went there, and they happily printed one out for me! We dont have to take this!
Their insured driver was illegaly parked, if thats not enough to hold her at 100% at fault, but there is much more!!! This will be in my complaint I am also about to add, next. Thanks for taking the time, and voicing your options about the Farthord!
