This company Harvard Risk Management ran an ad on my local Craigslist page advertising for "virtual recruiters"
I have recruitement experience and applied, I got an email inviting me to a phone interview. It was a conference call that was actually a sales pitch for their product and at the end of the presentation it was strongly suggested that you purchase the product to assist you in recruiting sales agents for their company. They said it was optional and give the steps required tomove forward with the process. I did what was asked, but declined the optional legal services plan. I have never heard from these folks again.
This is a terrible thing to do to people looking for work. It's a tough job market out there and all this company was offering as the opportunity to spend $39.95 a month for a legal services plan....there was no actual job. I have a friend that did sign up and she also never heard from them about a job....what a rip off!!
