The bed proven to be absolutely wrong and too soft for my daughter but when complained to the store (Hastens advertises a great customer service and warranty) they said they were not responsible and would have contacted another store that would taike care of the issue. The other store never followed up and by the time I could go in person they said it was too late. The store where I bought the bed never took any step and went out of business. Hastens has been completely unresponsive.
The accident happened in Denmark where apparently there is no consumer protection. I am a US citizen and I think Hastens as a global company should be held responsible of their practices everywhere.
