This is an update on the company that owns Slots Inferno Casino. They were bought out by Hastings International B.V. and have casinos in the 30+ category that are cheating winners out of their winnings. Myself they have had my withdrawal request since Dec. 2, 2011. Eight weeks later they still tell me it is on process and they don't know when accounting will release it. They (support) can only get hold of them via email and my guess is that they don't answer theirs anymore than the one you or I would send them . I have sent 20+ emails to this accounting dept. It landed on mute ears because the automatic reply says they will contact you within 24 hours while in reality they never contact you to discuss your concerns. They owe me 450 dollars. I spent hundreds of my money at this casino and finally won only to be given the runaround by people that are not very good at lying. One day I am told one thing, the next day they have a different excuse. the next day they tell you your name is on a payout list but lol and behold the next day they haven't received a list and therefore cannot tell me if my name was on the payout list. The only people you can contact is support by email, live, or phone and the problem is they do not know what is going on and cannot help. They cannot even tell you the name of the company they work for and of course do not hve a number for them...
